to all who chip in and supporting me to all this Video's that we're making. i dont have to mention or post their names. also to those haters, i still love you and may the GOD bless you. i'm not that kind a person that will post your name on the facebook or other internet site. but i know what your doing, just like in youtube! ohh and also those fellow PH. if you do not know what "Fusion" is then you dont matter to this world. keep hiding your tail. and to those few rooks (rookies) on the culinary art. i think once i shut down your behind. go ahead keep taking frozen cheese cake from freezer and set it on plate and make it look good. the way i look at it is just like your underwear that you can't keep up, letting other customer try your cheese cake. keep that puddy shorty cake that you have. good to know people how 2 faces can go left and right. first of all. i am not most Chef on this planet, when they hold a higher position & they are afraid to step down or lower their position. i have lied and cheated myself but in the good way.
atleast 3 big company that i lied. i have changed or i lower my experienced. just to get on that company and to discover that style of cooking. why didn't apply for Chef Position? or Executive Chef? is right there. for me to learned a new thing in the culinary world. and they dont have the higher postion open. now i will only work or take a company that will be related for what im doing now. there's more to tell. but for now ill just keep it to myself. happy cooking!

BASIL PESTO
Ingredients 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves 2 cloves garlic 1/4 cup pine nuts 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1/2 cup freshly grated Pecorino cheese Directions Watch how to make this recipe. Combine the basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add 1/2 cup of the oil and process until fully incorporated and smooth. Season with salt and pepper. If using immediately, add all the remaining oil and pulse until smooth. Transfer the pesto to a large serving bowl and mix in the cheese.
